This is wholly used for the financial qualification during the ordering process of our website. All financial data pertaining to credit card/debit card numbers are submitted through an encryption to Authorize.net, a third-party payment gateway to mask the numbers and collect payment.

For this purpose, telephone orders are not accepted to ensure added safety of your personal financial information.

This website is intended only for the use of adults aged 21 and older. We cannot identify, deny the creation of an account nor do we knowingly collect personal information of a person under the age of 21. Any information that is recognized as such will be removed from our data collection. Do Not Track

Legal Mediation

In the event that any dispute or claim arises out of or relating to this privacy policy, Notewaredigital.com, its parent company and its affiliated websites and you agree to attempt to negotiate a written resolution directly between both parties. If the matter becomes unresolved for forty-five (45) days after notification (through personal delivery or certified mail) that the dispute still exists, all parties shall join in Anaheim, California with a mutually agreed mediator in an attempt to resolve the dispute. Should any arbitration claims, administrative or legal actions be filed without first having attempted to resolve matters by mediation, you agree that you will NOT be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees even if you would otherwise be entitled to them.

Dispute Resolution for Residents of the European Union

Residents of the European Union who may have any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy may report the claim to the European Union Data Protection Authorities.
